2017 dates: June 24-Sept. 16
Something cool is happening at the Albany Farmers’ Market!
The Power of Produce earns its name because amazing things happen when kids experience buying power at the farmers’ market. They try unfamiliar foods, bond with farmers and learn about cooking and gardening. Watch this video from Oregon City, where the program started, and you’ll want to see it happening in Albany!
Individuals now can donate to the Power of Produce on PayPal or Square. Individual donations to Corvallis-Albany Farmers’ Markets are NOT tax deductible — we are a 501c6.
Businesses should consult tax professionals, but sponsorships can be proper promotional expenses.
