Customer surveys are always paired with customer counts.  We call them dot surveys because we use sticky dots on large easels. Everybody loves stickers!

Usually 2 to 4 questions are asked.  Participants/customers are asked to read each question and mark their answers by placing a sticker in an answer column.

We get the best results with an upbeat attitude and the following approach: “Can you spare a minute to answer a few questions and help the market?”

Surveys require 4 volunteers; two shifts of 2 volunteers.
