INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

SATURDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS, APRIL 2o–NOVEMBER 27, 2O24

Welcome, vendors! We’re so glad you’re interested in joining the Corvallis-Albany Farmers’ Market community.

The CAFM Vendor Handbook contains detailed information on categories of vendors, rules and responsibilities of vendors, and what forms some vendors may need to complete in addition to our main application We urge you to read the handbook before applying, but we are also able to answer questions before you apply.

Space at our markets is reserved largely for farm-direct marketers growing/raising agricultural products in our six-county area. Other categories that will be considered are listed in the handbook.

Market policy is set by the CAFM board, which delegates on-site authority to market management to enforce market rules. The board ultimately decides what can be sold at our markets (and by whom) and has the right to prohibit an approved vendor from attending or bringing/selling specific products.

Market applications open every Feb. 1. Returning vendors have a 3-week application period, but applications remain open all season.

Any prospective vendor who is not a grower should contact us early in the year. Feb. 12 is an initial deadline for pre-applications from non-growers, although the board may consider forms that arrive later.
