VENDOR APPLICATION

CORVALLIS-ALBANY FARMERS' MARKETS

Please review the Information for Vendors page and the CAFM Vendor Handbook prior to starting your application. Your first application might take a half hour or more to complete. You won’t be able to save and return to it.

If you are a returning vendor, you can hit renewal to get a code emailed to enter. Using this, many answers will already filled in. Review all answers and answer new or rewritten questions.

We include no crafts, prohibit all resale and allow very little that is not farm-direct. If you are interested in selling crafts, please contact the Corvallis Artisans Faire Market by emailing Stephen Poole at scdmpoole@peak.org. Your application will not be considered for the farmers’ market.

Some vendors will need to fill out and submit additional forms. The Additional Forms page and CAFM Vendor Handbook offer guidance on which of those additional forms might apply to you.

Please note that we accept vendors from a six-county area limited to Benton, Linn, Lincoln, Lane, Marion and Polk counties. The mission of the Corvallis-Albany Farmers’ Markets is to provide highly visible centralized locations in Corvallis and Albany for mid-Willamette Valley and Coast Range agricultural producers and gardeners to market their high quality agricultural products directly to consumers.

For any questions, please start with our Contact page. If your question is complex, we can arrange a phone call. We do look forward to receiving your application and may contact you with questions.
