Learning Takes Root
Farmers’ markets are community gathering spaces and places of informal learning. CAFM offers a limited amount of space to events and activities on most market days. Our preferred partners are other nonprofits, OSU, local governments and their contractors, and other community events.
We focus on subject areas that include food and nutrition, gardening, agriculture, human and animal health, art, history, reading, soil and water conservation/quality, and other science relevant to the natural world. We strongly encourage organizations to propose interactive events.

You can ask all questions drinking water, water conservation, storm water, green infrastructure, urban streams -- whatever you want to know! We will have tons of free water conservation items and some educational games. Learn about our new rebate programs, too. Stop by and learn about environmental services in your city!
