Oregon Mushroom Growers is a family-owned mushroom farm that offers fresh gourmet mushrooms, mushroom jerky, mushroom ginger shots, bread, tinctures, teas and coffee. We use organic ingredients and use sustainable agricultural practices with an emphasis on circular economy and local connections. We believe in keeping it local, and try to source our ingredients locally when possible, and use agricultural waste, coffee hulls from the roasting process, and hardwood from local craftsmen to grow our mushrooms. We are not certified organic but use organic materials for our growing process and for the ingredients in our value-added products.
