Learning Takes Root
Farmers’ markets are community gathering spaces and places of informal learning. CAFM offers a limited amount of space to events and activities on most market days. Our preferred partners are other nonprofits, OSU, local governments and their contractors, and other community events.
We focus on subject areas that include food and nutrition, gardening, agriculture, human and animal health, art, history, reading, soil and water conservation/quality, and other science relevant to the natural world. We strongly encourage organizations to propose interactive events.

Ten Rivers Food Web

Ten Rivers Food Web connects fishers, ranchers, food processors, schools, food banks, restaurants and caterers into one resilient local food system. Our mission is to steward the growth of a resilient local food web in Benton, Lincoln, and Linn counties. Between now and mid-October we're fundraising to raise $30,000! (Look for this booth in stall #27 on 1st St, near The Mushroomery.)
