Learning Takes Root
Farmers’ markets are community gathering spaces and places of informal learning. CAFM offers a limited amount of space to events and activities on most market days. Our preferred partners are other nonprofits, OSU, local governments and their contractors, and other community events.
We focus on subject areas that include food and nutrition, gardening, agriculture, human and animal health, art, history, reading, soil and water conservation/quality, and other science relevant to the natural world. We strongly encourage organizations to propose interactive events.

Customer Appreciation Day -- Honoring Senior Citizens

Let's celebrate our senior citizens and strawberry season! Sponsor, Regent Court Senior Living, is providing $5 farmers' market coupons to the first 100 senior (60 +) citizens. The market is providing free strawberry shortcake samples for customers of all ages -- while they last. Shortcake will be made by Camron Ridge Farmstead. We'll top it with market berries and Lochmead ice cream!
