We are a small-scale field and greenhouse operation located in NE Salem, specializing in the cultivation of various leafy greens, including spring mix for salads. Our commitment to mindful farming guides us as we strive for efficiency in every aspect, from labor management to water conservation and waste reduction. All organic residues are diligently composted, furthering our dedication to sustainability. Our strawberries flourish in raised beds, while our exclusive tomato varieties are nurtured upright within our greenhouse. Drip irrigation blankets our farm to ensure not a drop of water is wasted. Additionally, we employ organic fertilizers, cultural practices, and biological controls to effectively manage pests and diseases, maintaining the health of our crops while minimizing environmental impact.
