We grow vegetables, fruits, and flowers in accordance with permaculture (sustainable agriculture) principles. We also produce compost (vermicompost, soldier fly frass, poultry compost, soil mixes) and compost tea. Our soldier fly operation is just starting, but we anticipate adding dried soldier fly larvae to our product line in the late spring/early summer.
