Plato al Pueblo celebrates the flavors from Guerrero, Mexico with foods and drinks that highlight local fruits and vegetables here in the Pacific Northwest. We also grow out our family's chiles here in Oregon to make our house salsas. Owned and operated by two single mothers who have long worked on our local organic farms, Plato al Pueblo is excited to share culture and a flavorful celebration of local produce.
